Cimex uses the total user experience model as the foundation of our approach to defining, reporting and improving the user experience.

This model puts each client’s product into its real-world context. After all, there is a world of difference between navigating a government website in the public library, getting girls excited about technology in the classroom, figuring out a new game on an interactive television, and training a salesforce via their mobile phones or PDAs.

Cimex works in partnership with specialist test user recruiters and employs the latest technology and analytical tools, including the Tobii eye tracker, in our purpose-built laboratory environment. We get to the heart of user behaviour and deliver solutions that work, whether they are breaking new ground or going back to basics.

Depending on the needs of the individual project, our team might produce a simple analysis, or we might work in conjunction with our award-winning design, development and content teams to deliver a fully informed and integrated product. We use a variety of methods tailored to each situation.
