The Bowland Trust: CRASH TEST
"Many youngsters are turned off by Maths and making maths lesson enjoyable and absorbing is a real challenge. Crash test dummies does just that. Youngsters are immediately hooked and content is designed to support take up by busy teachers. Importantly the solution is not trying for a stealth approach to Maths teaching. This is overtly a Maths lesson - but one which is great fun." Ian Haynes, Learning Director: Cimex
Film Club
‘I told the Creative Director at Cimex that I wanted to empower the team to be as creative as possible, to produce something that they would look back at and think ‘this is great work’. We also wanted something that communicated directly to young people. Cimex used this to inform the design and functionality and we have had great feedback from Film Club students as a result. The timescale for the Film Club website was horribly tight but Cimex fully embraced it and went the extra...light year! It's a fantastic result and an example of how clients and designers should work together,’ Director: Film Club.
BBC jam
‘What was particularly exciting about the opportunity to develop PE was that it just hasn’t been tackled in this way before so we were breaking new ground. A key requisite of the Corporation’s new services was for it to be innovative and distinctive from existing materials in the marketplace,’ Ian Haynes, Learning Director: Cimex
Computer Clubs 4 Girls (e-skills UK)
‘I have heard a great deal about CC4G and know that the concept is good. Now having seen it I realise it is even better,’ Rt Hon Charles Clarke MP, former Secretary for Education and Skills, 2004
