Our programmers build best-of-breed systems to the highest coding standards. Cimex’s portfolio of services include:

Application training

During the Construction phase, Cimex will train members of your business’s web team in the use of the application we develop for you.

Following a training session the Editor/Administrator will be able to undertake all administrative tasks appropriate to their user level. Full documentation will be supplied to each user.

Support and maintenance

Cimex provides many levels of website support and maintenance. We recommend clients to allocate 3.5 hours of technical maintenance/enquiries per month. Unused balances automatically transfer to the following month. We would develop a service level agreement tailored to your needs.
