Kenexa: Performance management course

Accredited performance management course and learning environment for global business solutions provider.

Kenexa is reinforcing its competitive edge by taking one of its most popular face-to-face training courses to a broader audience.

The brief

For two decades, Kenexa has studied human behaviour in the workplace, developing a wealth of expertise that has made it one of the most successful training providers in the world. Kenexa has now tasked Cimex with taking its highly popular Performance Management course to an even broader audience, delivering an interactive digital version through a range of technologies.

This course will open up new revenue opportunities for Kenexa as well as act as a gateway for delegates into other courses and services.

The solution

Cimex recognised that Kenexa’s solution shouldn’t merely attempt to replicate what works in the face-to-face training, but should also seek to exploit the additional learning opportunities that digital offers. Cimex’s exploration of how best to support delegates pre-course, in-course and post-course led to the development of an overall learning strategy with four key elements:

  • A core interactive e-learning course to build competence in Performance Management, designed and developed to an award-winning standard.
  • A bespoke Learning Management System that allows planning and tracking of learning and offers a vibrant community of practice – making Kenexa the place to go for Performance Management learning.
  • A ‘Top Tips’ App for mobile devices, to provide ‘just-in-time’ advice and guidance to learners wherever they may be.
  • A wealth of dramatised case studies through which learners can check understanding and apply learning.

Cimex’s Director of Learning, Ian Haynes says: ‘Kenexa joins the growing number of training providers now commercialising digital learning in order to differentiate its proposition. This project not only reflects Cimex’s long experience as a provider of digital training resources, but also highlights our growing profile as a supplier of bespoke Learning Management Systems'
