GoSkills, Sector Skills Council for Passenger Transport, needed a new website to present, sell and distribute essential training resources to industries in the sector. The solution had to be cost-effective, clear, and attention-grabbing.

To provide a cost-effective online source of skills, funding and information for the passenger transport sector.

Solution

Cimex developed a robust, comprehensive website to present information and answer the transport sector’s questions about training, skills development and funding. Cimex also developed e-commerce functionality for the website, allowing users to purchase training materials developed by GoSkills.

In addition, Cimex delivered:

• An improved clear navigation structure that allows easy and intuitive movement e.g. a user-friendly tab structure into the different industries
• Logical information architecture that presents focused content
• A secure shopping basket option that allows users to purchase GoSkills’ training products and services from the website
