Eye tracking

The added value of eye-tracking is that your site is not only tested with real users but also by using state of the art technology to assess fine details that affect effectiveness, presentation, and findability of information.

We use the latest eye tracking device from Tobii and Clearview software to record users’ eye movements as they perform key tasks using your product in our custom-built labs.

Eye tracking provides a powerful analysis of how people interact with your product, where they look, what they fail to notice, and their levels of cognitive engagement.

Benefits:

  • Involves real users
  • Shows what attracts your users’ attention and what does not
  • Indicates how to improve the design of your product to match your business objectives
  • Works well combined with user testing to better understand what attracts user attention and why

Indicative deliverable

The results are analysed by our experts and presented with annotated scan paths and heat maps. Video files of the eye tracking footage are also provided.
