Cimex commissioned to create dramatisations of real-life case studies to support leaders and staff in challenging inappropriate behaviour.
The Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) has once again commissioned Cimex to script and film a series of Equality and Diversity-based drama videos. Developed as part of the LSIS suite of leadership resources, the videos focus on challenging inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. Different aspects of Equality and Diversity explored include: Race, Gender, Disability, Age, Faith, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity.
Designed for use as part of face-to-face training and blended learning solutions, the videos will be delivered both digitally and on DVD. Scenarios for the dramas are based on real-life case studies, exploring how inappropriate behaviour manifests itself both as incidents and as persistent, low-level harassment and discrimination.
At Cimex we have a history of providing a range of Equalities-based work for our clients. If you are looking to create a video-led or e-learning product get in touch – we’d love to hear from you.
