To inspire seven to eleven year olds to be more active, Cimex used state-of-the-art technology to capture dance movements for a vibrant and richly interactive new BBC resource.
BBC Jam was a £150 million curriculum based broadband learning service designed to encourage 5-16 year olds to explore, learn and create in new ways. Cimex won the first round of pitches to develop a Physical Education resource for 7-11 year olds.
Applying a user centred design approach involving youngsters at every stage of the process; Cimex developed B.A.S.E. a physical education academy which can be explored through an interactive 3D world through which the user can embark on their own personalised learning journeys accessing a diverse range of games and activities.
