We have won around 40 awards for interactive projects, including two BAFTAs which reflect our excellence in cutting edge design, technical expertise and content.

Our client list includes e-skills UK, BBC, DCSF, DCMS, Royal Institution, Save the Children, Channel 4, COI, DTI, and DOH.

We are looking for a full time rich media developer to join our team and help us build interactive modules for online and offline media.

Successful candidates must:

  • have at least three years experience developing for Macromedia Flash (now Adobe Flash CS3), using ActionScript 1.0 & 2.0, with an understanding and experience of OOP methodologies and class-based programming

  • have a keen and current interest in the technologies of digital media and be willing to offer solutions to clients requests.

  • have an understanding of the mathematical basics required to build real-time interactive games and e-learning activities.

  • have experience of communicating with various data sources, including XML, text, ColdFusion, PHP and RSS.

  • have working examples of completed Flash activities, games and/or websites.

  • have well-rounded general multimedia skills including audio and video capture, editing, compression, delivery and formats.

  • have worked in a creative environment, realising briefs that require illustration, animations, interface design and typography.

  • have good English communication skills and be able to work in a team as well as a self-motivated individual. 

  • have a thorough eye for detail and work to a high standard.

  • have good time management, job scoping, and estimating skills. 

It would be advantageous if you have practical experience of ActionScript 3, Flex, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, SCORM, LMS, SOAP, PHP, J2ME, Flash Lite, Flash wrapper applications and Lingo.

We would require you to bring working examples to an interview and be able answer questions regarding your FLA and AS source code.
